What do I expect on my first appointment day?›
Your initial assessment (~30 minutes) covers a full evaluation, goal-setting, clear explanations, and answers to all questions. Follow-up sessions and consent are agreed mutually.
Do I need anyone with me?›
You’re welcome to bring a friend or family member. If you prefer, you can also request a chaperone — we’ll happily arrange this for you.
What should I wear for treatment?›
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Depending on the area treated, your therapist may ask (with consent) to adjust clothing for access — for example, loosen your top for shoulder treatment or trousers for hip/glute work.
